Partner Programme Terms

1. The programme

The Emirates Wills partner programme is run by Emirates Wills (“we”, “us”). You (“partner”) recommend our online will service, and we pay you a commission on eligible purchases you refer. Joining is free. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

Commission is paid by Emirates Wills. It is not paid by, and is not a fee for, any law firm or legal consultancy that prepares the wills.

2. Your link and code

• When approved, you receive a personal referral link and a code. They are for your use only.
• When someone opens your link, we remember the referral on that device for 90 days. If they open another partner’s link later, the most recent link counts.
• A code typed at checkout takes priority over any link.
• We can only credit referrals we can track. We are not responsible for referrals lost because a customer blocks cookies, uses a different device, or does not enter your code.

3. Commission

• Your commission rate is the rate confirmed in your approval email (standard rate: 10%), applied to the fee we actually receive for the order, excluding VAT (if any), ADJD court fees and other government fees.
• Commission is pending from payment until drafting starts on the customer’s will, and becomes earned once drafting starts. Before that, the customer can cancel for a full refund, and no commission is due.
• No commission is payable on: your own will or your spouse’s or partner’s; orders that are refunded, charged back or cancelled; or orders obtained in breach of these terms. If we have already paid commission on such an order, we may deduct it from future payments.
• We may change the standard rate for future referrals by giving you at least 14 days’ notice by email.

4. Payment

• We pay earned commission monthly, in UAE dirhams, by bank transfer to an account in your name or your company’s name.
• Before we pay you, we will need your bank details and, for a company, a copy of your trade licence, or for an individual, a copy of your Emirates ID. You are responsible for any tax on the commission you receive.
• We are onboarding our first partners now. Commission earned before payouts begin is tracked and included in your first payment.

5. How you may promote us

You must be honest, accurate and respectful. In particular, you must not:

• Make claims about our service, prices, timings or legal outcomes that aren’t on our website, or suggest that a will guarantees any particular result.
• Give legal advice on our behalf, or present yourself as working for Emirates Wills.
• Bid on “Emirates Wills”, “emirateswills.ae” or close variations in search or social ads, or use our name in a domain name, app or social handle.
• Send unsolicited messages (spam), buy or rent contact lists, or use pop-ups, cookie stuffing or any method that credits you for customers you didn’t genuinely refer.
• Offer customers cash back, discounts or other incentives we haven’t approved.
• Promote us alongside illegal, misleading or offensive content.

Where the law or a platform’s rules require it, you must make clear that you may earn a commission from your recommendation.

6. Customer information

We never share the contents of a customer’s will or their personal details with partners. We may tell you that a referral has purchased, and the commission status, so you can check your earnings.

7. Using our name and logo

You may use our name and the materials we provide to promote the service during the programme, and must stop when your participation ends. You may not change our logo or create materials that could be mistaken for our own.

8. Ending the partnership

Either of us can end your participation at any time by email. We may suspend or end it immediately if you breach these terms, in which case unpaid commission linked to the breach is forfeited. Otherwise, commission earned before the end date is paid in the normal way.

9. Our responsibility

You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability to you under the programme is limited to the commission payable to you in the previous three months.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by email or by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
